I'd say Sublime too, but for a different song: their cover of Smoke Two Joints.

"Smoking the Herb Again" by Incubus is wonderful. And Sublime's "Smoke Two Joints."

i am shocked that there isn't any reggae up in here yet (and no... Sublime is ska not reggae)
best single song = Smoking Marihuana by Sizzla (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9b1odbCZhys)
Runner-Up:
Ganja Farmer by Marlon Asher (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYQHqLuWuig)
best cd = any Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, Don Carlos, Sizzla... (the list goes on for a few more artists)

I miss typed the artist. (most likely because I was high when I first found this site. But it is Pimpa's Paradise by Damien Marley, which is reggae.

I was just scanning through artist names really fast when I first posted this so I just saw 'Damien Rice' and not the song title you put.
Damien Marley is pretty respectable... VERY good live show. He's been to UCSB two or three times in the past 3 years.

I've only heard a few songs by Damien Rice, but I was still very surprised to see he'd done a song called "Pimpa's Paradise." Now it all makes sense.
