My favorite features would include attractive bartenders and cheap drinks -- the essentials.

There was a bar in Arizona called Minder Binder's that charged a $5 cover and then had penny beers for the rest of the night. Sure, you still had to tip for every drink order, but it sure did make for some cheap drunken night.
